On Saturday, June 2nd our chefs will be shopping the Farmers' Markets of NYC to find the tastiest produce and proteins around to create a cohesive multi-course meal that can be re-created at home all summer long.
Join us as Executive Chef Andrew Whitney and team will lead participants through a multi-course meal highlighting a specific technique or ingredient. In this demonstration-style meal, guests will have a bird's-eye view into the action and will enjoy interacting with the team while learning culinary tips and methods to implement at home.
Make sure to come hungry as the three-course menu will be served while we demonstrate the preparation. Embracing our belief that no meal (or afternoon cooking) is complete without a proper beverage, pairings will be included. Tickets now available!

Buyout events at dell’anima are available during the day or evening for up to 45 guests and will provide the privacy of our full dining room, bar and kitchen.
