Jacob Cohen started his career in the hospitality industry in 2013 as the executive assistant for Epicurean Group, which opened dell’anima. He moved through the back office and honed his skills in business and financial operations throughout the years before creating a partnership with Danir and Andrew to move dell’anima to Gotham West Market in 2019. In this role, Jacob was able to combine his shared interest in finance and food, having previously spent time working in the hedge fund arena as well as honing his skills as a baker at his favorite NYC bakery, Levain.

Off the clock, you can find Jacob on the ice rink playing hockey or rink-side as a diehard Rangers fan.
